Neymar has described his first season with Barcelona as not perfect but not bad either, though he is sure to have other agendas on his mind with the World Cup starting tomorrow.

The Barcelona man endured a mixed season in Spain and suffered from injuries and loss of form towards the end of the 2013/14 campaign.

The 22-year-old, however, was pleased with what he learnt from the season.

Football Espana quoted Neymar after he spoke to Red Bulletin, he said: "It wasn’t perfect [the season] but it wasn’t bad either.

"It was difficult at the start but I learned a lot of things professionally as well as personally. I learned something from every player and I adapted my style.

"Some people are good on the pitch and others behave very well in training. I have incorporated everyone’s qualities."

The Brazilian will hope to return to the Camp Nou next season as a World Cup winner and the pressure on the youngster is enormous.

However, if he can help his country lift the World Cup then he’ll return to Barcelona even more confident that he can achieve anything he wants in Spain.
