Italy Head Coach Cesare Prandelli was pleased with his side’s 5-3 victory against Brasileirão outfit Fluminense on Saturday.

The Azzurri may some defence errors – most notably from Andrea Ranocchia and goalkeeper Mattia Perin – which led to goals, but Ciro Immobile caught Prandelli’s eye with a wonderful hat-trick.

“This evening we saw some interesting things,” the tactician told Rai Sport. “Insigne and Immobile did well. We need to have more courage, but our condition is good.

“This is our final day of intense work. We will do some specific work this week and we will go into the match against England ready.”

“Balotelli? Goals need to be searched for, as Insigne and Immobile did.”
