It seems Brazil captain Thiago Silva doesn’t have a particular preference for who his side faces in the World Cup final, just as long as they get there.

The PSG skipper spoke to BLOCK Magazine recently about the upcoming tournament and discussed the different types of opposition he wouldn’t mind facing in the final.

Silva listed Argentina, Germany and Spain among the matches he would relish but was undecided who he would rather face.

Goal.com quoted the Brazilian, he said: “(Argentina) would be a classic.

“Germany would be a great game, a re-match of the 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup final, or Spain. They are also calling for revenge after we beat them in the Confederations Cup final.

“[Sergio] Ramos says it would be different at the World Cup."

Silva will just hope whoever does qualify for the World Cup final is facing Brazil and therefore achieve one goal the Brazilian public crave.
