Brazil defender Dani Alves has opened the door for Paris Saint-Germain to make a bid for him after discussing his future recently.
The Barcelona man gave an interview to Surface magazine recently and discussed his need for interesting short-term projects.
Inside Spanish Football quoted the right back, Alves said: “I’ve always said that I’m not one for long-term projects, rather, that I prefer short-term ones.
“The reality of what I want is challenges and I was born for that and if the challenge means going somewhere else, then I’m happy with that.”
The Brazilian was asked what he thought of PSG, a club that have been heavily linked with the defender, and his response was positive.
Alves described the Paris based team as a “big club” and admitted they are definitely an alternative for him should he leave Barcelona this summer.
“Paris? I think they’re a great club,” said the 31-year-old. “I love playing for big clubs, it’s always my dream.
“What I’ve always wanted is to play at clubs that can offer me challenges and PSG is a big club. If at some point I have to leave Barcelona, then they’re a real alternative for me.”
