Gustavo Antonio, a representative of Guanghzou Evergrande forward Elkeson, has confirmed there has been an approach from Internazionale.
The 24 year-old is expected to be targeted by the Milan-based club in the summer transfer window and Antonio admits talks are likely to take place.
“There was an approach from Inter,” he told CalcioNews24, as reported by Football Italia. “But there was no official offer.
“We are looking forward to more possible talks with Inter though.”
Elkeson joined Guangzhou from Botafogo in December 2012. In his first season in China he won the Chinese Super League and the AFC Champions League.
