The Seleção’s vice captain is not underestimating any of Brazil’s opponents at the World Cup this summer.
David Luiz told SporTV.com that the quality of the opposition, and the nature of opening matches, make the game in São Paulo a challenging prospect for the home team.
“Croatia have great players. That is why they will be in Brazil for the World Cup. The first game in any competition is always one of the most complicated.
“We’ll need to get connected and prepared. It will be a tough game. We will have no easy games.”
