Kaká has insisted he is focused on securing a place in the Europa League and not on his future.

The 31 year-old will have the option to leave Milan at the end of the season, as there is a clause in his contract that allows him to depart if the Rossoneri don’t qualify for the Champions League.

With Milan unable to finish in the top three, speculation has suggested that he may be tempted to move on, with former club São Paulo and new Major League Soccer franchise Orlando City reportedly interested.

“Perhaps I am more loved at Milan than at São Paulo,” he told Sky Sport Italia.

“I am happy to have come back here and happy with my season too. It has been a special year.

“I still have a year on my contract. I am focusing on the next two games of the season and then we’ll see.

“The Europa League is an objective for us and therefore we have to focus on it, even if it’s not the ideal target.”
