The 25-year-old bundled the ball over the line from a Christian Eriksen free-kick to get the goals underway in north London.
It was the former Corinthians man’s eighth goal in 35 appearances for Spurs.
Despite an equaliser from Steve Sidwell, goals from youngster Harry Kane and Younes Kaboul sealed the win and condemned Fulham to another defeat.
The win sees Spurs move just three points behind Everton, and four behind fierce rivals Arsenal and a Champions League spot.
