Chelsea willing to offload Oscar in order to sign Real Madrid’s Modric
According to the Daily Express, Chelsea boss José Mourinho is ready to offer Brazilian youngster Oscar in part exchange for Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric.
Oscar has played a crucial role at Stamford Bridge since completing his £19m move to Stamford Bridge back in the summer of 2012.
The 22-year-old has already amassed 109 appearances for the Blues, racking up 23 goals and 15 assists in the process. Nevertheless, it seems as though the talented playmaker may be leaving the Blues later this year.
Modric has become an ever present player under Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti and the source suggests that Mourinho would be willing to offer Oscar as well as a cash sum in return for the Croatian, who is six years his senior.
