Lucas Moura has lavished praise on international team mate Oscar and admitted he would like to see the Chelsea midfielder join him at Paris Saint-Germain.

Oscar and Lucas are set to face off when Chelsea and PSG play each other in the Champions League quarter-final’s in April.

And the 21-year-old attacker was speaking to footmercato.net about his time in Paris whenthe subject moved to Blues midfielder Oscar.

Lucas’ comments were published by ESPN, he said: “Oscar is a very good player. A rare talent in today’s football, given his qualities.

“I would be very happy if he came to PSG. I think he would help us a lot. The more quality players there are, the better it is for the squad.

“Also, he’s a very good friend of mine. I would be very happy if he came to PSG, the club too.”

Some form of tapping up you could say from the former São Paulo starlight but from a selfish point of view if PSG signed Oscar it wouldn’t aid his current place in the squad.

The skillful Brazilian has failed to start PSG’s most recent matches and maybe he should be concentrating on obtaining a starting role in Laurent Blanc’s team over talking up a move for his friend.
