Rafael's preparations for Manchester United’s game against Liverpool disrupted by the birth of his child
Despite picking up a booking and giving away a penalty in Sunday’s encounter, the Brazilian right-back was one of the Red Devils’ better performers in the 3-0 defeat to their arch-rivals.
According to the Daily Mirror, however, Rafael only managed to get to sleep at 5am following the birth of his child.
Manager David Moyes granted Rafael permission to attend the birth of his baby before the match.
The 23-year-old has 5 goals in 95 appearances for United and has two international caps for the Seleção.
