Hoffenheim manager Markus Gisdol is confident he will still have Roberto Firmino at his disposal next season.

The Brazilian forward, who was signed from Figueirense in January 2011, has netted 13 goals in 24 appearances for the Bundesliga club this term.

Firmino’s good form has not gone unnoticed, with Chelsea, Internazionale and Liverpool all believed to be interested in signing the 22 year-old.

Gisdol admits that finances may ultimately dictate Firmino’s future, but he remains optimistic that the striker will stay with Hoffenheim.

“Of course, we are well aware of all mechanisms of the football business," he told Bild.

“But good players we have under contract and are a perfect fit to our tactics are players we basically want to keep at our club.

“And Roberto has a contract at our club [beyond the end of this season]."
