Rafinha has praised the work of Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola after celebrating his recall to the Brazil team this week by speaking with UOL Copa do Mundo.
The 28-year-old has been given trust by the former Barcelona coach this season and has featured heavily under his management.
Guardiola is rated among the best managers in the world and Rafinha certainly echoes those thoughts, he said: “I only have praise after working with him. He trusts in my work.
“I have rewarded him on the pitch because he has given me continuity and a sequence. He is very studious, he understands the game and knows how to motivate each player.
It is common knowledge that Guardiola spent a certain amount of time learning the native German language before he arrived at Bayern.
Brazilian Rafinha believes this has greatly contributed to the instant success Guardiola has achieved and feels the extra effort put in by the Spaniard has pleased everyone at the club.
He concluded: “Guardiola arrived speaking German now this greatly pleased the staff here. He is a rather special technician.”
