The world football governing authority says that any request needs to be made by a Swiss organ.

The ‘Neymargate’ debacle surrounding the transfer of the Brazilian stars from Santos to Barcelona looks like running even longer.

FIFA have not submitted the documents requested by Spanish judge Pablo Ruz, the man responsible for the case. The entity is based in Switzerland and says that the contracts contain private information. In order to liberate them, therefore, any request needs to be made by a Swiss organ.

Ruz requested the documents through the Spanish football authority as he seeks to discover the true amount of money involved in the transfer of the 22-year-old.
