Brazilian Guly do Prado admits he'll be sad to leave Southampton if his contract isn't renewed
Days after celebrating his 100th league appearance in English football, Guly do Prado might be leaving England come the end of the season.
The Southampton attacker achieved his milestone on Tuesday night when he was introduced at the KC Stadium in the Saints 1-0 Premier League win over Hull City.
However, it emerged recently that do Prado isn't likely to be offered a new contract extension at St Mary's.
English newspaper Daily Mirror quoted the Brazilian and stated that do Prado hasn't been offered an extension yet despite his contract being due to expire in the summer.
The 32-year-old said: "I am going to miss Southampton if I have to go, I would be sad to go."
Although do Prado is expected to leave in a couple of months time, it is predicted that he'll feature in the Saints FA Cup match against Sunderland this weekend.
He scored in the previous round against Yeovil Town and it will be Southampton's third match in a week so it seems likely that Mauricio Pochettino will make changes to his starting eleven.
If do Prado does leave the south coast club he'll aim to go out in style by helping them win the FA Cup
