Juninho and Fred both score braces as Brazil thrashed the United Arab Emirates 8-0 in a friendly on Saturday.

Kaka scored first in the 20th minute. Inter Milan’s Adriano netted Brazil’s second with a penalty kick in the 52nd minute. Fred, scored his first goal with the national team in the 57th, with his second in the 86th. Defender Lucio scored with a 64th minute Juninho scored in the 70th with a well-struck free kick from 18 meters. He added another in the 80th with a header from close range.

Cicinho, scored the final goal one minute into injury time with a low shot from inside the area.

Brazil were scheduled to play a Kuwaiti 11 on Tuesday, but FIFA refused to recognize the friendly as an international match and will not oblige European clubs to release their Brazilian players for the game. Meaning the game has been postponed to next year.
