Seleção legend Cafu is expecting Brazil to receive strong support at the FIFA World Cup.

The hosts triumphed at last summer’s FIFA Confederations Cup to great fanfare and the 43 year-old anticipates a similarly raucous reception for Luiz Felipe Scolari’s side.

I think the atmosphere will be the same as it was during the final,” he told FIFA.com. “An atmosphere in which Brazil became champions, winners – beating Spain 3-0. Of course, the World Cup is a different, more difficult competition, but Brazil are the team to beat.”

Cafu, who was capped 142 times by Brazil, won the FIFA World Cup in 1994, before captaining the side to victory in 2002.
