Folha de S. Paulo newspaper believe that the 23rd Civil Court of São Paulo has issued a letter to the Spanish Justice to give notice to Neymar and Barcelona that they must show all documents surrounding the Brazilian’s contract.

A huge furor has occurred surrounding the summer transfer of the 21-year-old to the Catalonia club after Spanish newspapers published documents of the contract recently which showed some unusual payments.

It now seems that all documents that show the money transfer of Neymar to the DIS group investment fund need to be shown to the São Paulo civil court before the deadline that is in five days time.

The DIS group owned 40% of the forward’s economic rights when the transfer of the Brazilian to Barcelona was completed.

They filed a lawsuit to find out whether they are entitled to the money which went to the company N & N, owned by the father of Neymar.

Yesterday Marca said that the president of the Probe Group, which controls the DIS, Jose Barral said that Barcelona offered them €6 million for the company to stay silent, however he quickly refuted these claims.
