Agent Beppe Accardi confirms talks with Internazionale over swap deal involving Hernanes and Ibrahima M'baye
Beppe Accardi, the agent of Internazionale defender Ibrahima M’baye, has confirmed he will hold talks with Lazio director Igli Tare over a potential swap deal involving midfielder Hernanes.
M’baye, who is currently on loan at Livorno, is believed to have been offered to Lazio as part of a deal that will also include around €13 million to secure the Brazil international.
While Accardi admits negotiations are ongoing, he insists that a deal is not yet completed. The agent also took a swipe at Inter Head Coach Walter Mazzarri for his apparent unwillngness to use young players.
“I would be very careful saying everything has been done,” he told FCInter1908.it.
“There are still many interests caught up in this. Tomorrow I should meet [Lazio director Igli] Tare, but a meeting does not mean the affair is concluded.
“Why are Inter not betting on M’baye? I consider Mazzarri to be an inadequate Coach for Inter. The Nerazzurri risk burning down much of the value of their youth academy.
“[New owner] Erick Thohir arrived with different promises, but evidently they cannot be realised under the current Coach.”
