The Barcelona star posted a message on Instagram congratulating Santos’ ‘kids’ following victory over Corinthians in the under-20 tournament.
Despite being far away, Neymar hasn’t forgotten about his former club Santos. He represented the Peixe from the age of 11 until his move to the Spanish giants at 21 years of age.
After watching Saturday’s final he posted a message of the team celebrating with the trophy at the end of their victory with the words: “Congratulations, kids! Peixe Champions.”
