Milan vice-president and C.E.O. Adriano Galliani expects Clarence Seedorf to be a success in his new role as Head Coach.

The Dutchman, who ended his playing career with Botafogo, was appointed as Massimiliano Allegri’s replacement earlier this week.

Galliani is hopeful that Seedorf can have a quick impact and has been impressed by his work so far.

"Seedorf will shake up the team. I"m sorry about what happened to Allegri, but this is the destiny of all Coaches," he said, as reported by Football Italia.

"Seedorf will become a great Coach because he was a great player.

"I have only had positive sensations about Seedorf so far. He is very motivated for this adventure.

"Have I talked about the transfer market with Seedorf? No. And even if we had, I wouldn"t reveal it

"[Filippo] Inzaghi should keep on working like he is currently doing. He is doing excellently. He will also become a great Coach."
