Neymar expected to be out for three weeks after spraining his ankle against Getafe
Neymar is expected to be out for three weeks after spraining his ankle in Barcelona’s Copa deal Rey tie at Getafe on Thursday.
The 21 year-old fell awkwardly and had to be replaced by Alexis Sánchez after 28 minutes.
Neymar will undergo further tests on Friday to fully ascertain the damage, but is not likely to be out for an extended period.
The forward will probably miss up to five matches - three of which will be against Levante - but should return for the 9th February trip to Sevilla and Barcelona’s UEFA Champions League Round of 16 first leg against Manchester City.
