If AC Milan’s Kaka does make it all the way into Luiz Felipe Scolari’s World Cup squad, he probably won’t have to employ a Press Officer to help get the attentions of the national boss, thanks in part to his public lionising by Milan CEO Adriano Galliani.

The 31 year-old only returned to Italy at the start of this season but his performances for the Rossoneri have warranted the highest of praise from his club’s top brass.

Said Galliani to goal.com: “Kaka is a true Milan legend. Everybody at the club loves him”

“There were people who feared that he was no longer the Kaka from before, but he has been doing very well and we are all delighted with him.”

The CEO then even went as far as to liken his player to Milan legends Franco Baresi and Paulo Maldini in terms of how much he is revered by those at the San Siro.

Having struggled for form and fitness during his time at Real Madrid, 87-times capped playmaker Kaka looks ever-likely to mount a challenge to make Felipao’s final list for this summer’s tournament and comments like those of Galliani are only going to promote the possibility further.
