Through social media, the Peixe´s new signing has spoken about his eagerness to make his debut.
Unable to hide his excitement about being presented as a new signing for Santos, the striker sent a message to fans proclaiming his admiration for his new club.
“Good morning, everyone. Thursday is the official presentation at Santos Football Club. I can’t wait to begin work at this great and victorious club. I just want to say thank you for all the kindness and support. Thank you, from the heart. God bless.”
The presentation will take place in the historic centre of Santos. Bought for almost £11m, the 24-year-old becomes the most expensive signing in Santos’ history. He will wear the number 9 shirt.
