Daniel Alves missed out as Barcelona held an opening training session at the Minestadi this morning.
According to Football Espana, 13,200 fans turned out to see Barça prepare for their weekend clash with Elche, at the Camp Nou.
Instead of joining in the session, Alves was recuperating in the gym, having missed Thursday’s double workout with a fever. Whether he will be fit for Sunday remains unclear.
