David Luiz- Stick or Twist?
With the madness of the January transfer window edging ever closer, speculation about David Luiz's immediate future is something that is bound to be a hot topic in the coming month.
The 26-year-old Chelsea defender has long been the subject of interest from other clubs, chiefly Barcelona, and could well be set for a move from Stamford Bridge in the next few weeks.
A presumed central figure for Brazil in next year's World Cup, Luiz would potentially fetch a fee of around €40m and it could be in his best interests to consider leaving.
Blues boss Jose Mourinho has gone on record as stating that John Terry is his starting centre-back and that he chooses in each game between Luiz and England's Gary Cahill.
With Mourinho seemingly not having faith in either if them to dominate the role, a trip South to Barcelona might help David Luiz to gain as much first-team football as possible for the rest of the season.
