Botafogo set to give Seedorf new contract
Botafogo midfielder, Clarence Seedorf, is set to be offered a new deal to keep him at the club for the 2014 Copa Libertadores.
Midfielder Seedorf is set to be in demand for the next season for different reasons.
Former club, AC Milan have reported been keeping a close eye on Seedorf as they feel the former San Siro hero would be the perfect replacement for current coach, Massimiliano Allegri.
“The club's planning for 2014 includes keeping Seedorf until the end of the Libertadores," Brazilian newspaper O Globo reported on Saturday.
The 37 year old still has one more year left to run on his current contract but the club want to resign the midfielder.
