Report: Julio Cesar targeted by Sunderland
In demand goalkeeper Julio Cesar is rumoured to be leaving QPR this winter with Premier League strugglers Sunderland now in the running.
The 33 year old goalkeeper is finding life difficult in England with current club QPR after signing from Inter Milan last year.
Cesar has failed to make an appearance for the hoops this season and feels that a loan move is what he needs to force his way into Scolari’s Selecao for the 2014 World Cup.
Many Brazilian sides are looking to sign the Seleção shot stopper, and now Sunderland have joining the running for the keeper.
Gus Poyet is looking for a new goalkeeper after an injury to first choice keeper, Kieran Westwood, left the Black Cats with just one senior keeper in the squad.
