Sao Paulo rule out a move for Julio Caesar
Want away QPR goalkeeper, Julio Caesar is looking for a move away from QPR to improve his chances to make the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
The 34 year old still is yet to make an appearance for the R’s this season due a finger injury.
The Selecao shot stopper is willing to listen to offers to get out of his London nightmare, and now Sao Paulo are the latest club to rule out a move for the former Inter man.
Sky Sports have reported today that the Sao Paolo vice president, Joao Paolo De Jesus Lopes has said, "We will do our planning as we identify our needs," he told the Brazilian press.
"But for many reasons it's silliness to say we will sign Julio Cesar. I ask myself if it's a political attempt to unsettle [current goalkeeper] Rogerio Ceni or our board as we have a big affection for Rogerio."
He added: "There is no chance we bring in Julio Cesar.”
