Kaká aiming for Brazil recall after impressive start to Milan return
Kaká is hoping his impressive form since returning to Milan can help earn him a Brazil recall ahead of the World Cup.
The 32 year-old netted as Milan were held 1-1 by Lazio. It was his first goal for the Rossoneri since rejoining from Real Madrid in August.
While frustrated with more dropped points, Kaká is encouraged by his recent contributions.
“I’m disappointed with the result,” he told Mediaset, as reported by Football Italia. “My goal could have been so much more important.
“I hope to score other goals which are worth three points.
“My form? I must still improve under certain aspects, but I’m happy with my evolution from my ‘debut’ at Torino to here.
“I thank Milan for this second opportunity and I want to do well in order to have a great World Cup in Brazil.”
Kaká was injured on his first appearance back at Milan against Torino. Since returning to fitness, he has made a notable impact in draws with Barcelona and Parma, before yesterday’s strike.
Milan host Fiorentina next on Sunday.
