Neymar delighted after ‘special’ Clásico strike
Barcelona forward Neymar was ‘very happy’ to net on his Clásico debut.
The 21 year-old struck the opener, as Barça defeated Real Madrid 2-1 at Camp Nou.
Alexis Sánchez scored the second, before Jesé pulled one back in stoppage time.
Victory moves Barcelona four points clear at the top of La Liga, with Real Madrid six adrift in 3rd.
While delighted to score, Neymar insists the result is more important.
“It was very exciting to score a goal in a game that all players want to be involved in,” he said, as reported by Football Espana.
“I am very happy to score such a special goal, but I’m more pleased with the three points that we got.”
