Neymar backs Barcelona rotation policy
Neymar has backed Barcelona's rotation policy under new manager Gerardo Martino and he is confident that the approach will mean key players remain fit throughout the season.
The €54 million summer signing started Barcelona’s 1-0 win over Celtic on Tuesday with Lionel Messi absent through injury, but has had to watch on from the bench on more than one occasion this term.
The Brazilian’s team mate Cesc Fabregas recently admitted he was finding it difficult to become used to not playing every week, but Neymar has offered his backing to Martino's desire to utilise the entire squad at his disposal, reports Goal.com.
He told TV3: "The most important thing is the union within the squad, this makes us stronger and helps us to win games.
"It's a good system, everyone has the right to a rest so we don't pick up injuries. The most important thing is the team is in peak condition and because we have so many good players we can do this."
The 21-year-old has made eight appearances in all competitions since arriving from Santos and scored two goals.
