Man Utd and Tottenham join Willian pursuit - report
Manchester United and Tottenham have joined Liverpool in the chase for Anzhi Makhachkala star Willian according to reports in England.
The Daily Telegraph claims that David Moyes' side have made an enquiry to Anzhi over the Brazilian with Tottenham also interested.
Liverpool are currently leading the chase after they opened talks with the Russian side after an initial enquiry was welcomed.
"There are conversations, and I am hoping in the next few days for an offer from a club like Liverpool,” Willian admitted to ESPN Brasil.
"If it is Liverpool, then they are a great club. The news came as a real shock, but I’m calm about it and hoping for the best, because I’ve been told they will help the players to go, if they get a good offer.
"The players have been told in six months' time the club will move back to Makhachkala, they will bring in more Russian players and the foreign players can go, if they get the right offers.
"It’s not true that we will be allowed to leave for nothing. But the owner has said if he gets an offer close to what he paid for the players, then they can go. So I am hoping there will be something from Liverpool, because England has a league that I’ve dreamed of playing in.”
