Chelsea star Oscar believes fellow Brazil international Neymar will prove he is one of the best players in the world at Barcelona.
The 21-year-old made his long-awaited move to Camp Nou earlier this summer in a €57 million deal, having been linked with a switch to Europe ever since his debut for Santos in 2009,
Oscar has been outstanding for the Blues since arriving from Internacional last year and he believes Neymar will be a hit at Barca.
“I support him. Neymar deserves to be happy and will continue to play well,” he told Lance.
“In Europe, when you have a good season, you are automatically considered to be one of the best players in the world.
“Hopefully this will be his opportunity and he will continue to improve.”
Oscar enjoyed an impressive debut season at Stamford Bridge, making 34 Premier League appearances and scoring 4 goals to help the club finish third, while also helping them to the Europa League trophy.
The duo were key players for the Seleção at last month’s Confederations Cup, with Neymar scoring in the 3-0 final win over Spain.
