Milan chief set for Santos trip to complete Robinho sale - reports
Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani will fly to Brazil on Sunday to complete the sale of Robinho to Santos for €7 million, according to reports in Brazil.
The Brazilian striker has made it clear he is feeling homesick and has been pushing for a move to his old club since January.
Talks broke down six months ago due to his €10m asking price, but it is now believed the Rossoneri have lowered their expectations by €3m.
According to Correio de Bahia, Galliani will jet out to Rio de Janeiro tomorrow to continue advanced negotiations with the Peixe, as reported on Football Italia.
Robinho has just one year left on his contract at San Siro, but the sale would also allow the club to save money on his substantial wages.
The 29-year-old's exit could then be used to fund a move for Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez.
