São Paulo have ruled out the possibility of selling Paulo Henrique Ganso, who has been linked to French club Paris Saint-Germain.
Ganso joined São Paulo last year, after long and controversial negotiations with Santos, he has failed to live up to the expectations.
Paris Saint-Germain’s director Leonardo could come to Brazil to try to sign him, according to reports in France.
The club’s director of football Adalberto Batista has ruled out a transfer, he told Rádio ESPN: “We have very good relations with Paris Saint-Germain, a good relationship with Leonardo but São Paulo are not interested in letting Ganso go.
Of course that what we said about Luís Fabiano and other players apply here too, I can’t say that if there is a big offer we will say no.
But that’s it, the offer needs to be one we can’t refuse. But honestly, I don’t think Ganso wants to leave now he is recovering his best form.”
