Atlético Madrid has joined Tottenham in the chase for Internacional striker Leandro Damião according to reports in England.
Talksport claims that the Spanish club have joined Inter and Marseille in pursuit of long-time Tottenham target Damião.
Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas has long been an admirer of the Brazilian’s abilities and has reportedly made the striker his top target this summer.
But Tottenham could be gazumped in their negotiations as Diego Simeone looks to replace Falcao who is reportedly set to close a move to Monaco.
Damião has been angling for a move for some time and it is widely believed that this will be his last summer with Internacional as he looks to move abroad.
