Brazil’s national team manager Scolari has named the squad for the friendly against Bolivia on Saturday in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, only Brazil-based players were called up.

The Bolivian squad was announced yesterday, only two foreign-based players were called up, including Grêmio’s striker Marcelo Moreno.

Atlético Mineiro’s winger Bernard and Palmeiras’ defender Henrique had to be left out of the Brazilian squad due to injuries.

Scolari also refrained from calling up some players, like Fred, who are involved in important Copa Libertadores and State League games.

Ronaldinho is, however, back to the team, as are André Santos, Alexandre Pato and Leandro Damião.

Corinthians’ goalkeeper Mattheus Vidotto is the main surprise, as he has almost no senior football experience.
