The agent of Parma forward Amauri has confirmed that a number of Brasileirão clubs are interested in his client’s services.

The Brazilian-born Italian international returned to Parma in the summer after a six-month spell in Tuscany with Fiorentina.

Despite scoring nine goals in 24 League games this term, Amauri’s representative Giampiero Pocetta has admitted that another switch may be on the horizon.

“I can say that he’d like to return to Brazil,” Pocetta told Lancenet when asked about the 32-year-old.

“I’ve received a number of calls. However, he’s a Parma player right now and we’ll have to wait for a few months to see what happens.”

Vasco da Gama, Botafogo and Flamengo are all reportedly interested in the former Palermo and Juventus striker.
