Hernanes insists Lazio's draw in the Europa League is good result
Hernanes has insisted that Lazio’s 3-3 draw with Borussia Mönchengladbach in the Europa League is a good result.
The Biancocelesti netted a last-gasp equaliser in Germany after the Brazilian set up Libor Kozák to head home in 94th-minute.
Hernanes has admitted that the away goals are vital in European competition, especially in the first leg.
He told Globo Esporte: "We got a good result. It may have only been a draw but away goals count for an awful lot in the Europa League."
The 27-year-old also commented on his head-guard, that he has to wear on medical advice after being knocked unconscious against Juventus in January.
The Brazil international missed the Seleção’s friendly defeat to England after he was given numerous stitches and diagnosed with retrograde amnesia, as he does not remember the mid-air collision with Luca Marrone.
Hernanes added: "I do not like to miss out on any games. It has to be something really serious for me to sit on the sidelines.
"But I feel very good now after being out."
