Chelsea midfield target Paulinho has dismissed claims by footballing super agent Kia Joorabchian that he will definitely move to Europe this summer.
Paulinho, 24, as been a major part of Corinthians’ domestic and international successes over the past two years and has been heavily linked with both Chelsea and Inter Milan for some time.
Joorabchian, who has links with Corinthians through former Timão striker Carlos Tevez is not Paulinho’s agent, but has tentative links with many players in Brazil.
The former Bragantino midfielder, though, insists that he has no relationship with the businessman and even went as far as to insist he has never met Joorabchian.
The midfielder told reporters: “I have never talked with Kia. I have never seen him. He is once again putting my name in yet another thing.”
Only this week, Paulinho was part of the Brazil side that was defeated by England at Wembley and he will hope to retain his place heading into the coming friendly fixtures.
