Lucas Moura reveals Ibrahimovic is helping him settle in at PSG
Paris Saint-Germain’s Lucas Moura has revealed that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is helping him adapt to life in France both on and off the pitch.
The 20-year-old attacking midfielder moved to the Parc des Princes last month after the club agreed a reported €35 million fee with São Paulo in August.
The Brazil international, who is currently in London with the Seleção, has claimed that the Swedish forward is helping aid his transition to life in Europe.
Moura told Brazil newspaper Estadão: "My first contact with him [Ibrahimovic] was very positive.
"As opposed to what people told me, he helped me very much, treated me very well, is very playful, gives me support and help. I was surprised.
"On the pitch, he complains a lot and demands a lot from us, but that's a normal thing. Outside the pitch, he's been trying to help me."
PSG travel to Spain next week for their Champions League clash with Valencia in the last 16 of the tournament.
Moura is hoping that Les Parisiens can be the surprise package of the knockout stages, after finishing top of Group A ahead of Porto, Dynamo Kyiv and Dinamo Zagreb.
He added: "We know of the difficulties of the Champions League and of all the teams that usually make it to the finals, but in football, you never know what's gonna happen.
"The game is full of surprises. We have a very strong squad and we can dream, yes. We'll fight as hard as we can to go as far as possible."
