AC Milan have rejected an improved €9m offer from Santos for wantaway striker Robinho according to reports in Italy.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reports the improved offer was rejected by AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani who has demanded a sum of €10m for the forward.
Santos’ previous offer totalled €7.5m which Milan rejected outright and negotiations looks to have stalled over the valuation of the Brazilian.
Galliani travelled to Brazil to meet Santos officials in order to thrash out a deal but has now returned to Italy without a deal being concluded.
However, the 28-year-old still wants a move to Brazil and it is thought that Flamengo and Atlético Mineiro are interested in the striker although their willingness to pay the asking price is unknown.
