The club official is currently in Brazil in an attempt to sell fellow native and Rossoneri teammate Alexandre Pato.
While a deal is close with Corinthians for Pato, Robinho’s future is still unclear given the interest of numerous sides, including his former club Santos.
The Italian said: "There is the possibility of a sale to Santos.
"We haven’t been able to reach an agreement with Flamengo though, while I still don’t know about Atlético Mineiro."
Milan are believed to want around €12million for the former Manchester City forward, but another potential problem could be Robinho’s wage demands.
The Seleção forward reportedly wants €5million a season and it is unclear whether the Peixe can match that request.
