Corinthians’ Paolo Guerrero has denied speculation linking him to Chelsea and Juventus in the January transfer window.
The Peruvian hit the headlines after scoring the winning goal for São Paulo against Chelsea in the Club World Cup final.
But the player has dismissed the rumours linking him to Chelsea: “I want to respect my contract with Corinthians. I am very happy here.
“The rumours of my transfer are crazy,” he said, referring to the quoted £30m price tag supposedly slapped on him by the club.
Guerrero only recently joined the club in the summer in a £3m move from Bundesliga side Hamburg and is happy to stay at Corinthians for the foreseeable future.
