Copa Libertadores 2013 - Brazilian clubs handed tough draw

Corinthians won this year's Copa Libertadores

The draw for the 2013 Copa Libertadores was made on Friday morning in Paraguay and both Grêmio and São Paulo will face tough qualifying fixtures to make the group stage after being drawn against LDU Quito and Bolívar respectively.

Qualifying fixtures:

Game 1: Tigre (Argentina) v Deportivo Anzoátegui (Venezuela)

Game 2: Grêmio (Brazil) v LDU Quito (Ecuador)

Game 3: Deportes Tolima (Columbia) v César Vallejo (Peru)

Game 4: Olimpia (Paraguay) v Defensor Sporting (Uruguay)

Game 5: São Paulo (Brazil) v Bolívar (Bolivia)

Game 6: Iquique (Chile) v León (Mexico)

Group stage:

The Second Stage is played in home-and-away round-robin format. The winners and runners-up of each group advance to the Round of 16.
