Former Milan defender Thiago Silva believes both Robinho and Alexandre Pato will leave the Rossoneri to return to Brazil.

The Brazilian defender moved to Paris Saint-Germain for €42 million this summer, following three years at the San Siro.

Thiago Silva can see that his countryman are unhappy in Italy and believes they will depart from the Serie A club soon.

The 28-year-old told Sky Sport Italia: “I don’t think Robinho is as happy as he was during his first year at Milan.

“He always has an immense desire to win and do well, but I think he might leave in January.

“For what I know, Pato is not happy. He wants to go back to Brazil. I do not like to see him down like this.”

Pato is supposedly the subject of a €15 million offer from Club World Cup winners Corinthians, whilst Robinho is heavily linked with a return to former club Santos.

AC Milan chief Adriano Galliani is expected to fly out to Brazil this weekend for negotiations with both clubs.
