Dedé, 24, has been linked with a switch to the Club World Cup champions practically since the final whistle blew in Japan and Corinthians officials have confirmed the club’s interest in the Brazil international.

Thus far, though, the club have failed to act upon their declared interest in the Placar magazine 2011 Brasileirão centre-back of the season.

“Corinthians are one of the biggest clubs in the country, so I am glad to hear this speculation. But, no offer has arrived. Nothing to Vasco, nothing to my agents, nothing to me,” Dedé told Lancenet.

“Any proposal that arrives, I will consider it. Wherever I am, I will be happy and honour the shirt. I’ll play and give my all. I’ll happily stay at Vasco, I’m happy to continue.”
