Nenê reveals he wants to leave Paris St Germain
Brazilian winger Nenê has revealed that he wants to leave Paris St Germain and has asked the club to release him from the remaining six months on his contract.
Nenê, 31, has been left out of the PSG squad by Carlo Ancelotti for the last three matches after he showed a bad attitude during the 2-1 Champions League home victory over FC Porto.
"It's a hard decision to make but I think the time has come for me to follow a new path in my career," Nenê told his official website (www.nenefutebol.com.br) on Wednesday.
"I think we will reach a consensus and (I will) be released from the remaining contract compliance," he added.
Ancelotti told reporters that the winger was left out of the squad this past weekend due to an injury, only for Nenê to post a picture of himself ice-skating on the internet.
The former Monaco star has been linked with a number of clubs in recent months, but is said to prefer a return to Brazil.
