Cruzeiro Belo Horizonte have prolonged the contract of the Brazilian football future star, Kerlon, until July 20th 2012.
His contract was initially expected until August 2006 but the managers of the Belo Horizonte club decided not to take of risk with the young 17-year player who is already very courted.
Kerlon played for the first time in the proffessional team last May 18th in the Brazilian Cup against Baraunas a few minutes at the end of the match.
A few weeks ago, the playmaker won the U-17’s South American Cup and was top player and top scorer of the competition
